  • contract strategy,
  • Project execution plan,
  • construction philosophy management plan,
  • provisional logistic philosophy & plan
  • provisional construction execution plan,
  • provisional temporary facilities plan
  • provisional soil management plan,
  • work packages plan (WBS),
  • local fabrication capacity assumption,
  • general indication of transportation system with preliminary oversize shipping shedule,
  • construction environmental management plan (HOLD).
INPUT DATA:
 General lay out new and existing facilities location,
preliminary new plot plans,
Basic equipment list,
major equipment packages estimated data,
process flow diagram,
existing logistic survey,
existing local facilities survey,
soil and environmental data
