 Development of the construction and installation plan package which shall included the following: construction plans both site and plant,
  
  • temporary site facilities both construction personnel living camp and site work shop and storage area,
  • summer and winter work planning,
  • construction and installation man-hours schedule both direct and indirect with field direct and indirect estimates,
  • construction and installation tentative schedule,
  • preparation and follow up for the installation/ construction budgetary offers
  • Transportation review for major items
  • Heavy equipment lift study.
  • Warehousing philosophy
INPUT DATA:
 Location lay out including both new and existing plant,
plant plot plan,
equipment list,
major equipment/packages data,
P&ID.s,
preliminary piping and cables routing,
piping electrical/instr. bulk material preliminary bill of quantities,
one line main structures drawings,
preliminary foundation and architectural plans and estimated  material quantities,
one line electrical diagrams,
PAU merging solution,
existing logistic survey,
existing local facilities survey.
DELIVERABLES:
  • construction Execution  plan and strategy
  • Construction Schedule
  • plan for temporary facilities camp & work areas
NOTES:
Logistic and local facilities survey to be provided by Company
