ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
 Risk Management is an ongoing activity that ensures appropriate activity on Risk Mitigation.
Two types of activity (1) Identification and (2) Evaluation are conducted by the Value Risk function in a continuous cycle that works towards achievement of clarity in the contents of the Risk Register.
Establishment of the Risk Management Plan is substantially completed before the FEED phase but further development is necessary to integrate requirements that arise from new discovery of project risks.
Project Team to provide assistance to the Value Risk function in the gathering of Risk Data and participation in workshops and interviews.
Project Team to take part in Risk Reviews, including the results of incorporation of gathered data into the Risk Register.
